Terms and Conditions

Authority to sign
The person signing the booking form certifies that he/she is authorized to agree the Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons included on the booking form. The signatory must be a member of a party occupying the property and must be over 18 years of age or over. Booking cannot be accepted from parties of young people under 18 years of age.

Payment
50 % deposit if you are booking for over 4 weeks.
Under 4 weeks 100% payment non refundable - Unless re-let.
Non payment of the balance of the rent on or before the due date shall be construed as a cancellation of the contract by the Hirer. The full rent is payable if the occupation date is less than 30 days from the date of booking.

Hirer's Obligation, The Hirer agrees:
To pay for any breakages, losses or damage to the property before departure. To take all reasonable and proper care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the tenancy. The Hirer is responsible for any additional cleaning costs incurred.

The maximum number of people allowed in the room is clearly stated and must not be exceeded. We reserve the right to terminate the hire without notice and without refund in case of a breach in this condition.
